Postnatal Exercise Classes

For mothers, postnatal session uses exercises that will strengthen and tone their tummy. Other lifestyle factors such as feeding, carrying and lifting infants that cause stress to the neck, shoulder as well as lower back areas are addressed in these classes. It heals the once pregnant body by getting rid of aches and pains. It also helps in weight loss management if pursued along with a balanced diet. It tones the body and makes it flexible and also reduces the heavy postnatal (postpartum) depression with a healthy mind.


At Eternal Bliss, Postnatal Exercise sessions and classes include:

  • Individual assessment during class.


  • Personally designed exercise routines to keep you moving at home, in the office or in the gym.


  •  Exercises designed to help you bring your tummy back into shape and relive and prevent postnatal discomforts.


  • Yoga postures to reduce weight after delivery and postpartum discomforts.


Home visits are also available for Postnatal Exercise Classes.
